I’m Paula Nowak, Well-being Coach, Experiential Educator, Mindful Movement Facilitator and Emotional Freedom Technique® (EFT) Advanced Practitioner specializing in mind-body approaches that transform stress into sustainable vitality and joyful well-being!
My background is in education, integrated movement and holistic well-being. For over 20 years, I’ve guided children and adults in releasing stress, calming the nervous sytem and reconnecting to well-being using proven techniques including EFT®, bioenergetic practices, mindfulness, and mindful movement.
My workshops are designed to be experiential, empowering, and heart-centered, giving you practical tools you can use right away to release stress, enhance well-being and reclaim vitality.
