Paula Nowak, M.Ed.
Speaker | Experiential Workshop Facilitator | Well-Being Coach
Paula Nowak is a wellness educator and speaker dedicated to helping children and adults understand stress and build practical, lasting strategies for nervous system regulation, mindful relaxation, and well-being.
With 30 years in education, including 15 years as a school administrator, Paula brings a rare blend of professional expertise and lived experience to every workshop. Her style is grounded, practical, and deeply experiential, equipping participants with tools they can put to use immediately at home, at school, and at work.
Drawing on current research in stress management, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and mindful movement, Paula makes well-being feel accessible, relevant, and achievable in everyday life. Her workshops are interactive and engaging, inviting participants to pause, tune into what's happening in their minds and bodies, and discover simple, powerful ways to meet stress with greater awareness and care.
Paula's passion for this work runs deep and personal. Having grown up in a high stress home, she experienced firsthand how stress can impact attention, learning, memory, and the ability to process information, an insight that continues to shape her mission to help others find more calm, connection, and well-being in their daily lives.
Paula trained by Dr. Gabor Maté in Compassionate Inquiry®, and holds additional credentials as a Certified Life Coach, Emotional Freedom Technique® Advanced Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, and Yoga Instructor, with further training in qigong and other mind body practices.
Her mission is simple yet profound: to help people pause, understand their stress, and discover practical ways to support their nervous system and their well-being, for life.
