Paula is a Well-being Coach, Experiential Educator, Mindful Movement Facilitator and Emotional Freedom Technique® (EFT) Advanced Practitioner specializing in mind-body approaches that transform stress into sustainable vitality and well-being.

Paula's career has been dedicated to helping people learn, grow, and thrive. With more than 30 years of experience in education, including 15 years as a school administrator, she has spent her professional life supporting the well-being, development, and success of children, adults, and communities.
Throughout her career, Paula recognized that well-being is foundational to learning, leadership, resilience, and performance. She taught advanced courses for educators at Western University, encouraging teachers to prioritize their own well-being while creating supportive environments where students can flourish.
Like many professionals, Paula has navigated the challenges of balancing career demands, family responsibilities, and personal well-being. These experiences deepened her understanding of the impact stress can have on our health, relationships, and ability to thrive. Training & Credentials
Paula holds a Master of Education degree from Western University and has pursued extensive professional training in coaching, stress management, nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, mindfulness, and mind-body approaches to resilience.
Paula was trained by Dr. Gabor Maté in Compassionate Inquiry®. Paula is an Accredited Advanced Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT®) Practitioner with EFT International, a Certified Life Coach, Yoga Instructor, Meditation Teacher, and Eden Energy Method® Practitioner. Her additional training includes Touch for Heath®, Acupressure, and Qigong.
